Return Policy

RETURNS

You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened beauty tools.

EXCHANGES

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different color or style, please contact us through email within 7 days.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and notify you of the approval.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

HOW TO START A RETURN

1. Email us at zylostores@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We'll provide instructions and the return shipping address.

3. Carefully pack you item and send it back to us.
